Private sessions are one hour long.
Wear comfortable stretchy Pilates or yoga clothing. No footware is required.
If having a Postural Assessment and Correction session please wear shorts that show your knees.
Sessions may be any of the following or a combination thereof:
- Private one-on-one Reformer or Personal Training exercises and stretches
- Postural Assessment and Correction
- Fascial Stretch Session on the table
- Touch For Health – Chinese Holistic wellness and energy balancing through the use of muscle testing for bio-feedback, touch reflexes, visualization and dialogue
- Wellness Empowerment Coaching and Consulting
Mixed level Reformer Pilates classes are best suited for people who are able to do a beginner, intermediate or advanced level of exercises. With our small personal classes, we are able to provide necessary attention to each participant. Instructors will guide you through the beginner exercise and offer more advanced options for those looking to challenge themselves. This will include movement options and spring load.
Our studio Reformer classes are limited to six participants. This allows instructors to give personal attention to each participant. It’s important that each client work at the appropriate level to feel the benefits of doing the class. Each Reformer has five springs of various tensions and instructors will recommend the appropriate spring load for each exercise or stretch. The instructor will also provide modifications and variations to ensure clients are moving correctly to optimize the benefits.
All classes are one hour long. Please wear comfortable stretchy Pilates/yoga or athletic wear on the machines with bare feet or Pilates/yoga grip sock.
This is a post-physiotherapy level class that is perfect for the person who doesn’t feel they can do a beginner level class. It’s a slower-paced class that includes mobilizing joints, stretching and core stabilization and strengthening exercises. Class includes posture awareness and strengthening exercises along with balance work.

A functional movement mat Pilates class designed to strengthen your core and body while improving flexibility and mobility. This class includes balance work along with postural exercises to improve physiology and biomechanics.
All Zoom classes are mixed level unless otherwise stated. Instructors will demonstrate and cue a beginner, intermediate and advanced option and highlight common errors in biomechanics. Small equipment to enhance your experience includes a folding chair, small hand weights, Stretch Out Strap or band, stability ball, Sit Fit, yoga block, Pilates roll and 9-inch air Pilates ball. All classes are one hour long.

This class appears periodically on the schedule. It’s a gentle class designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength. Balance and postural exercises are included along with functional movement patterning to improve biomechanics while keeping knees, back and spine safe. This is an osteoporosis-friendly class.

A relaxing class to unwind your mind and body. This class includes traditional stretches and fascial stretches along with some yoga poses. This class appears periodically on the schedule.
