Who We Help

We are a welcoming, full-service Pilates and post-physiotherapy studio, open to all.

We specialize in providing individualized training plans using safe, effective workouts that increase mobility, flexibility and strength in a warm, welcoming community environment.

Many of our clients come to us injured or feeling the aging process, but want to maintain an active lifestyle. That’s what we want for you too. With a knowledgeable trainer like the ones you’ll find at Body Innovations, you will stretch and strengthen effectively with a plan tailored specifically to you.

At Body Innovations our goal is to empower individuals to feel strong and supported by their bodies, so that they can handle whatever life sends their way. You will not find a one-size-fits-all approach at Body Innovations, and our incredible staff and community are here to walk the journey with you.

Initial Assessment

Begin with an initial assessment to address your current concerns, define your goals and develop a plan to get there.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are tailored to your needs, and may include fascial stretching, Reformer training, and management of injuries.

In-Person Group Classes

Our in-person group classes are extremely popular! The community at Body Innovations is fantastic, motivating and encouraging.

Online Group Classes

Online group classes allow you to work in the privacy of your home. Classes are available live or can be viewed at your convenience.

About Our Founder

Meet Sue Nash

Certified Pilates Instructor, Integrated Movement Specialist, Holistic LifeStyle Coach, and much more.

Sue holds a B.A. in Chemistry (Florida Atlantic University) and her B.S. in Medical Technology (The George Washington University). She has long recognized the importance of blending science, technology, and holistic healthcare into personal wellness. 

Her life and experience of overcoming a terrible car accident, as well as living with dyslexia, have taught her to find a way around obstacles to reach her goals. It’s her hope to help others do the same.

Our team wants to ensure that you are effectively and efficiently working towards your goals. That is why we offer group and private sessions to suit your specific needs. Ultimately, we move to learn and learn to move by incorporating playful routine movement with proper biomechanics and mindful action.
