Sue Nash

With a background in science (B.A. Chemistry, Florida Atlantic University) and medicine (B.S. Medical Technology, The George Washington University), Susan has long recognized the importance of blending science, technology, and holistic healthcare into personal wellness.

Susan does not believe in “one size fits all” fitness programs. She understands that we are all unique and achieve our goals through different methods. She also does not encourage quick fixes – which never work in the long run. Instead, she uses proven programs which build a strong foundation for long-term health. Her ongoing quest is to help people navigate their way to better health through a holistic approach to movement and healthy living practices.

Melanie Tukendorf

Melanie has had the privilege of working in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. Her education includes personal training, Pilates, TRX, indoor cycle, roll release techniques, sports movement and yoga. She has extensive experience teaching large group fitness classes, as well as working with individual and small group clients. She works with people of all ages and fitness levels and her instruction focuses on providing opportunities to improve overall health and wellness.

Melanie believes in the benefits of movement and makes time for her own conditioning with a current focus on building strength and mobility. She recognizes that fitness and health are a journey, and being flexible in your mind and body is essential. She is grateful for the opportunity to move her body and help others do the same.

The Team

Kelly Offer

Kelly’s mission is simple: Help people live pain-free. She offers massage and Pilates for pain relief and injury/surgery recovery as well as injury prevention.

Kelly is a self-described workshop fan, adding dozens of hours of training to her practice each year. She feels that the more tools she has, the easier it is for her to tailor treatments to individual needs.

Kelly has been teaching Pilates since 2003. She loved the results she got with her own body and the amazing results her clients were getting, but for some clients, straight Pilates just wasn’t enough. 

Once she introduced manual therapy, combined with Pilates, she started seeing amazing, long-lasting results. All those hard-to-help clients were finally getting better. She now tries to introduce a little bit of manual and movement into every session so that your body has good strategies to stabilize and move.

Jessica Kuntz

Jessica Kuntz has been a Registered Kinesiologist and Pilates instructor for over 10 years. She focused on a holistic approach to movement and rehabilitation, treating the body as a whole to improve movement and overall well-being. She is eager to share her knowledge and experience to help improve movement patterns, body awareness, build strength and body resilience to utilize the body to its fullest potential.
